Saw the guy that’s had a stranglehold on my life since freshman year over Thanksgiving break. He was the trigger for my puking but now it’s on me to cut him out completely. I really did love him.
Anywho, my goals:
GET ON FUCKING TRACK WITH MY WEIGHT (116.8, needs to get down to 112, needs to get down to 110, 105, 100, 95, etc.)
GET A FUCKING INTERNSHIP
Look into graduating a semester early.
I’ve gotten a bit off track so I want to do a liquid diet for 3 days with the goal of getting down to 110 pounds. I want to be 100 by the time Thanksgiving break rolls around.
Europe was a dream…at one point I’m pretty sure I was under 108, and I was even getting comments that I was skinny, but right now I’m flabby and fat again. I’m 116, which could be worse, but still, after getting a taste of what it feels like to be thinner, I NEED to go back. I still have several days until school starts, so I want to get down to at least 112. This year’s the year that I reach my goal weight.
